Apex IM recently hosted a fully virtual annual day and rewards and recognition event for 600+ employees of Upfield, and the event was a resounding success. The event included online games such as dumb charades and antakshari, which kept attendees engaged and entertained throughout. The event was hosted virtually from two locations, Gurgaon and Bangalore, and it required a complex infrastructure to ensure that everything ran smoothly.

The event featured full two-way interactions and branded content, which made it even more challenging in terms of infrastructure. To make the event a success, four servers, eight support systems, and a team of six tech crew members worked on it for 24 hours. Multiple Zoom VC along with multiple vision mixing servers with engineers made the three-hour event sail smoothly, and the attendees had a seamless and engaging experience. The event was a mega success, and Brandbutter demonstrated its ability to execute virtual events with the same level of quality and engagement as in-person events. T

he use of online games and interactive content kept attendees engaged, and the sophisticated infrastructure ensured that the event was seamless and ran without any technical glitches.
