Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Brandbutter Live Experiences Private Limited, we offer customized event management, production, and technology services. Due to the nature of our work, all services are planned, staffed, and executed based on confirmed bookings and client requirements.

1. Advance Payments

All advance payments made to confirm a project are non-refundable, as they are used towards:

  • Resource allocation
  • Vendor bookings
  • Technology blocking
  • Pre-production and planning efforts

2. Cancellation by Client

If a project is cancelled by the client, the following terms apply:

  • More than 30 days before project date:
    Refund of up to 50% of advance, after deducting incurred costs
  • 15–30 days before project date:
    No refund of advance
  • Less than 15 days before project date:
    100% of the project cost may be chargeable, depending on commitments made

3. Milestone-Based Services

For services billed in phases (strategy, tech deployment, execution):

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable
  • Ongoing or upcoming milestone payments may be paused, but not refunded if work has already commenced

4. International Transactions

For payments made via international credit/debit cards:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only to the original payment method
  • Any currency conversion charges, bank fees, or payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount

5. Service Deficiency

If there is a proven and documented deficiency in service delivery:

  • Refunds (partial/full) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service component

6. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.):

  • Refunds will be assessed after deducting actual costs incurred
  • Alternative dates / service credits may be offered instead of refunds

7. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
